Slice2Door provides freshly chopped vegetables delivered to your doorstep. Our services include:
- Fresh vegetable chopping and preparation
- Same-day delivery service (3 PM - 9 PM)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option
- Order tracking and customer support
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Placement
Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.
3.3 Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if payment is not provided.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to various locations across Chennai. Our prime service areas include Triplicane, Mylapore, Medavakkam, Nanganallur, and Adyar. For other locations, please contact us to confirm delivery availability.
4.2 Delivery Time
Delivery is available daily from 3 PM to 9 PM. Same-day delivery is subject to order placement time and delivery slot availability. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the specified time, but delivery times are estimates only.
4.3 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Product Quality and Freshness
We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality vegetables:
- All vegetables are hand-picked fresh daily
- Vegetables are chopped on the same day of delivery
- We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards
- Products are packaged in clean, food-grade materials
If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is prepared for delivery. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at 9600074552 or via WhatsApp.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed for orders that are cancelled before preparation or in case of quality issues. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment (cash for COD orders). Refund processing may take 3-5 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slice2Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
- Be available at the delivery address during the delivery window
- Make payment promptly upon delivery
- Store products properly after delivery to maintain freshness
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Slice2Door website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Slice2Door and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
